1. product: refers to a pre defined apps or memu that is offered upon instillation. an example with Finacle is Account open memu, reporting memu e.t.c
2. product customization: its the modifying or configuring these products to suit the bank’s policies or business needs an example is Account management (i.e when the bank tend to charge certain amount for transactions on specialized account).
3. Customization is the development or introduction of new logic or features specifically to the core bank app e.g Loan approval rules
4. Custom Customization: this is a tailor-made app that is built from scratch for your bank to suit its needs
